About The Position

Calendly’s Customer Experience team provides a high touch experience to each customer, enabling them to maximize our product and gain valuable time back in their day-to-day activities. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who possesses a curiosity for technology, critical problem-solving skills, and a desire to enable customers. This role involves being on the front lines of customer support issues during our day shift, reporting to the Manager of Customer Support.
