The Customer Support Specialist will work a full time Monday-Friday schedule. This role involves setting up Retail and Contractor Accounts in UE, providing help to outside customers and internal customers to triage accounts that are not set up properly, and answering 1-800-SiteOne customer calls to assist with topics such as Partner Points, Credit, and Website Issues. The specialist will also need to understand OKTA, Hybris, UE, SendGrid, and Service Now to facilitate online access and will work on all projects assigned to the department.
