About The Position
Customer Support Specialist is a key contributor to our operations division. The primary responsibility is to ensure that customer shipments are delivered on time, provide daily interaction and develop relationships with customers and carriers. Interviews will be conducted onsite at our Uber Freight Rogers, AR Center of Excellence location. (Hybrid- a flexible work model that combines remote and in-office work).
