About The Position

The Customer Support Specialist at Nox-Crete, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The specialist will serve as the primary contact for customers, handling various aspects of the sales transaction process while maintaining a professional image of the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails as the primary customer contact.
  • Process customer orders received via phone, email, website, or fax in the ERP system promptly.
  • Verify accuracy of customer purchase orders and communicate delivery dates.
  • Provide order confirmations and shipping confirmations to customers and Regional Managers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any delays or changes to their orders.
  • Resolve customer service issues swiftly and courteously.
  • Direct incoming phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Provide marketing and product information as requested by customers.
