About The Position
As our client base continues to expand, GCG is currently seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our Automation & Factory Solutions Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales teams and assisting customers over the phone and via electronic inquiries, entering customer orders and quotes into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, sourcing products and pricing, and assisting the inside sales staff with other tasks.
