About The Position

This role sits at the center of our operation. As a Customer Support / Scheduling Coordinator, you are the bridge between our customers and production. You help ensure parts move through our facility efficiently and leave on time. We are a metal plating/finishing facility. Our work supports medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing. Requirements

  • Reliable attendance and strong work habits (showing up matters here—your team counts on you!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in production coordination and/or customer service - in a plating shop (preferred)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • strong phone and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and data entry)
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • U.S. work authorization
  • MUST be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • This position involves walking, standing, reaching and moving throughout the facility as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience in production coordination and/or customer service - in a plating shop (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact between customers and production planning
  • Track and locate customer orders within the facility
  • Expedite processing when necesssary
  • Coordinate with production to meet delivery timelines
  • Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, delays, or updates
  • Clarify priorities and resolve conflicts as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist in continuous improvement of workflow and communication
  • Follow safety and production guidelines in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
  • This position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
