About The Position

As a representative of our valued clients, you will primarily work with ATT customers, providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services. Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
