About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist farmers and users of our farming app by providing timely support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps and technology
  • Interest or background in agriculture/farming is a big advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools or support platforms
  • Experience supporting international customers

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist farmers in understanding and using our farming app effectively
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot common issues
  • Guide users through app features, onboarding, and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical or management team
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and user experience
