About The Position

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide Small Business customers and Financial Institution employees with support via inbound phone, chat, and e-mail. You will be seen as a consultant and subject matter expert, excelling in deep-dive troubleshooting while also enjoying the interpersonal aspects of the role. Building relationships, representing our brand, and delivering outstanding customer service are key components of this position. You should possess traits of a 'techie', 'detective', 'investigator', 'teacher', or 'counselor' to effectively identify and solve problems while gaining the trust of callers. You should genuinely enjoy engaging with people, whether they are thrilled or flustered, and take pride in meaningful conversations that go beyond transactional interactions. You will assist callers with questions about our product and processes, connecting with a diverse range of small business owners and bank/credit union staff members. Future opportunities within the company may include roles in Customer Success, Risk/Merchant Services, Account Management, Product Support, QA, IT, Engineering, Design, Copywriting, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, HR, and more!
