About The Position
There is a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Support Representative position available with Kish Insurance in Juniata County but supporting Mifflin County as well. The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the service needs to clients in accordance with the sales, service, and quality standards adopted by Kish Agency.
Requirements
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and enjoy working with people.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products.
- Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality.
- Ability to process written and other materials visually.
- Minimum two years' experience in related positions.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License desired but not required.
