About The Position
Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, placing orders, delivering order status updates and ETAs, and resolving questions or concerns with a service-first approach. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure customer satisfaction at every turn.
