Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including listening skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with Internet knowledge.
  • Aptitude for providing superior customer care and support.
  • Dependability, adaptability, and flexibility in work approach.
  • Basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or promotions.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform telephone support as scheduled, ensuring customer questions are answered completely and professionally.
  • Handle email and chat support, addressing all assigned messages and ensuring customer issues are resolved.
  • Continually strive to improve cognitive and customer service skills necessary for the job.
  • Attend all training classes and complete assigned exercises to enhance skills.
  • Provide feedback on support issues and communicate trends and solutions to supervisors.
  • Support coworkers by providing procedural advice and assistance.
  • Maintain departmental productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in the ticketing system.
