About The Position

Join our team as a Customer Support Partner! This role has a five day/week on-site expectation through training. After training it is a hybrid role with up to three days/week in-office. The Customer Support Partner is responsible for providing excellent service to our growing customer base and our internal customers. This team is trained and empowered to assist customers over the phone and e-mail while simultaneously completing daily tasks that support all departments within the organization.
