Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Customer Support Lead. This is a full-time and onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area. Roles and Responsibilities Manage team of call center support staff Answer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, accept payments for online products Be a hands-on team leader responsible for daily monitoring of team goals and standards Provide training for new employees Hands on in the hiring and interviewing process Handle fax, e-mail and phone inquiries Track calls and service requests Escalate problem calls to other service providers Perform other tasks as assigned Occasional warehouse product management support 2+ years of customer interaction experience, preferably in a call center environment 6+ months of leadership or management experience Phone sales or support experience is preferred Experience working in an office setting using fax, e-mail and phones preferred Experience providing support to end users on web site navigation ideal Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills required Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required Astor & Sanders Corporation (www.astor-sanders.com) offers a unique, stimulating and challenging environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
