About The Position

As a Customer Support Engineer at Lufthansa Group, you will be part of an international team dedicated to connecting the world, cultures, and businesses. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers by crafting tailored work-scopes that enhance their experience and drive service excellence. You will be responsible for providing technical advice to customer service teams, determining new requirements for creating work-scopes, and ensuring that all working documents comply with workshop standards. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and assessing the operational behavior and results of engines, modules, components, and individual parts. You will collaborate with various external departments, including flight operations, aircraft maintenance, manufacturers, and other airlines, to provide support and ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating "Released by" certificates as a design engineer for transferred CRAS motor samples, tracking and investigating complaints and faults, and authorizing appropriate remedial actions. Defining quality assurance measures for the overhaul and maintenance process will also be a key part of your role, along with any other duties as assigned or required. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and security. You will be expected to work under constant time pressure and high-stress levels, which will require excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
