About The Position
We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in installing, analyzing, and troubleshooting e-terra DMS and related products. The ideal candidate will have experience in modeling various electrical devices and be able to troubleshoot issues using a variety of tools. This role requires the ability to diagnose and solve intermediate to advanced issues through various troubleshooting methods. Knowledge of both Transmission and Distribution electrical grids is essential, along with familiarity with User Interface, SCADA, and Modeling tools. Direct experience installing, maintaining, or supporting GE e-terra EMS products is highly desirable. Additionally, a solid understanding of NERC CIP Standards and working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, IP addressing, routing, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, and firewalls is required.
