About The Position

This is a coordinator role that has a focus on emergency on-site support, in addition to normal service coordination. This role allows us to have an on-call emergency coordinator 24/7, on one-week rotations. This role is required to be available 24/7 to support our remote support team when they need to dispatch technicians to customer sites for emergencies and other reactive dispatching. In addition, this role is responsible for managing 3 million+ in services each year, ranging from $3,000 to over $100,000 for each service. This amounts to 100s of orders to process, execute, report on, and bill each year. This role assists our estimating team on service quotes and our team currently quotes over 56% of all service opportunities with FORTNA.
