About The Position
Berkheimer Tax Innovations, a successful Pennsylvania tax collection and administration company, is seeking adaptable and motivated individuals to join our Venango, PA team as Customer Support Clerks. This position involves answering taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, researching, maintaining, and updating tax accounts based on information provided, processing tax forms/mail, and posting payments to proper accounts. The role requires completing all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards, with additional duties that may be assigned.
