We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to join our Semiconductor Solutions Group, supporting the Electronic Polymers (EP) product line. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical expertise and customer-facing experience, capable of managing both established and emerging products. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing hands-on technical support with leadership of cross-functional projects spanning customer support, quality, marketing, process improvement, and production.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably engineering), with 2-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Experience in the electronics assembly industry (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data management, queries, and report writing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work independently when needed.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enterprise and data management systems such as JD Edwards, Sequel ViewPoint, Stratum/Essbase, and MarketShare (a plus).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • A professional, self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct customer support through validation/verification testing, lab experiments, sample preparation, analyses, and technical reporting.
  • Assisting the Product Manager with lab analyses of existing products, new developments, samples, and raw materials, as well as investigating process or product issues.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and sharing technical data with global portfolio managers and sales support teams.
  • Preparing technical reports, papers, and communications to support customer needs, industry education, and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Building and maintaining a database of market information related to Adhesives and Absorbers/Getters in medical, space, aerospace, and telecom markets, while tracking competitive products.
  • Driving results in fast-paced, high-energy environments by contributing to on-time project delivery that supports revenue growth, market share, and margin improvement.
  • Managing day-to-day project progress, ensuring timely updates and communication with managers and stakeholders.
  • Supporting New Product Development (NPD) and application, quality, market, or customer projects alongside the Project Manager.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and accelerate timelines to shorten time-to-market.
  • Partnering with Marketing Communications teams to develop product launch materials, promotional content, and positioning strategies.
  • Working independently on assigned tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities while remaining flexible to shifting business needs.
  • Contributing to quality initiatives, including ISO 9001 projects, and participating in cross-functional quality teams.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure successful project outcomes and goal achievement.
