Requirements

  • Customer Service experience handling US based account is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be good in composition of business emails
  • Can work under pressure
  • Proactive and responsive
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Can quickly grasp to new concepts
  • Acquainted with worldwide sports is an advantage
  • Proficient in using the computer operations (internet and commonly used software applications)
  • Can work on a flexible work schedule and during weekends and public holidays
  • Amenable to work onsite

Responsibilities

  • Follow Worldwide Sporting events.
  • Attend to all Sports analysis platform related inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to clients' inquiries through emails or any of the company portals
  • Coordinate with different departments on inquiries and concerns pertaining to the Sports analysis platform.
  • Provides necessary updates and reports on service deliveries for client.
