About The Position

The Customer Support Associate is responsible for providing friendly customer service to our walk-in customers and providing consistent customer support to wholesale customers via phone and email. The Customer Support Associate must have great attention to detail for invoicing orders and maintaining records accurately. This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other teams/departments including distribution and accounts receivable. The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm and Friday 9am-1pm.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills via the telephone, email and in person
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems and collaborate with a team
  • Be an active participant in cultivating a culture of inclusion for all employees that respect their individual strengths, views and experiences.
