This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting service level agreements while collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.Your role in our missionIn this role, you will support Gainwell’s commitment to service excellence and operational integrity by:

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Four (4) or more years of customer service or telephone-based experience, preferably in a structured or regulated environment.
  • Experience using computer systems, help desk software, fax machines, and telephone technology.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams and management.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and customer inquiries, resolving moderately complex issues or routing calls to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Researching customer requests and providing timely, accurate responses while documenting outcomes in account systems.
  • Processing requests, performing data entry, and matching documentation to customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients in accordance with established service level agreements.
  • Monitoring daily transactions, reviewing workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve procedures and processing efficiency.
