About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Assistant based in Miami, Florida. This role provides day-to-day support to customers and internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting routine issues, and ensuring timely resolution. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a busy, service-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in customer service, support or administrative roles (staffing or services experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a strong advantage. French Creole is a plus.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional and patient demeanour.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Able to work on-site in Miami, Florida and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems.
  • Triage and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams (recruitment, operations, payroll) and follow through to resolution.
  • Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and next steps.
  • Assist with order processing, appointment scheduling and basic account maintenance tasks.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new placements as required.
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with team leads to improve processes and documentation.
  • Contribute to knowledge-base articles, FAQs and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
