As a Customer Support Analyst in our Williamsport, PA facility, you'll play an essential role in maintaining this excellence by supporting program performance, analyzing key metrics, and helping drive continuous improvement across operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in a data reporting and/or program support role in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret program data and highlight actionable insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting program or project management in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Exposure to corrective action or root cause analysis processes.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer scorecards and performance metrics dashboards.
  • Proactively analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and potential risks to delivery performance.
  • Assist in documenting and tracking root cause analyses and corrective actions with Quality and Operations teams.
  • Develop clear reporting tools (Excel charts, PowerPoint summaries, trackers) for program reviews.
  • Monitor corrective action item status and ensure timely closure with accountable owners.
  • Prepare materials for customer and internal program meetings, including data analysis and status updates.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to gather accurate data for reporting and customer updates.
  • Responsible for researching discrepancies and issuing delivery protests as needed, ensuring Customer Scorecards accurately reflect performance.
