Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfort with technology (computers, software, phone systems)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
