About The Position

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Agent (Travel) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who are seeking assistance with their travel plans, from booking inquiries to troubleshooting issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for travelers by providing accurate information and prompt support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries regarding travel itineraries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Educate customers about travel policies, procedures, and available services.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and improve service delivery.
