This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by adhering to established departmental policies, processes, and standards. Your primary focus will be to manage and respond to customer support tickets, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed within the established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance guidelines. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide accurate resolutions to our customers, thereby enhancing their overall experience. In this position, you will be expected to multitask across various tools and systems, applying your knowledge to assist customers efficiently. You may also contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and collaborate with other teams to identify trends and resolve issues. Your role will involve monitoring client-facing tools and responding to escalated customer requests, ensuring that their needs and complaints are addressed promptly. You will be a champion of Blueprint's core values, promoting a positive work environment and supporting your colleagues in their development. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
