About The Position

The Customer Support Advisor position is primarily responsible for acting as the key contact for addressing the billing concerns of Direct Bill customers.  This position will also handle key tasks for Operations such as Cancellations, Reinstatements and Loss Run fulfillment as well as other clerical duties.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or commensurate professional experience required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in an office environment required.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Intermediate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Internet, e-mail) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to Direct Bill customers phone calls and emails
  • Tracking and logging detailed notes of customer interaction in systems such as Less Annoying and Image Right
  • Provide guidance to Direct Bill customers on the navigation of the billing portal
  • Prepare and process cancellations, reinstatements and non-renewals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • Accident Kit fulfillment, tracking and follow-up
  • Fulfilment of Loss Run requests
  • Fulfillment of Driver Recognition requests
  • Oath tracking and monitoring
  • Monitor results after system changes are implemented
