The role is essential to scheduling service appointments, coordinating technicians, and delivering a warm, professional first impression for customers. We are looking for a highly personable, bubbly, and customer-focused individual to manage inbound homeowner inquiries for our electrical services business. This person will be the first voice customers hear, responsible for turning calls into booked appointments. Prior deep electrical or construction knowledge is not required, as training will be provided.
