Responsibilities

• Displaying and maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude towards all customers and stakeholders
• Answering incoming calls from customers regarding their orders in a professional manner
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via all communication channels: telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion
• Escalating inquiries and requests, as necessary, to the appropriate department or individual to ensure all concerns are efficiently addressed and resolved
• Collaborating with drivers, driver leads, coordinators, team leads, dispatch, call center managers, and account representatives to ensure the delivery standards are achieved with excellence
• Actively participating in process improvement projects and supporting other team members and departments as assigned
