About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required, proficiency in advanced analytics platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to learn and optimize new systems and applications preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with customer-facing working experience preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Finance or Distribution preferred.
• Business applications experience preferred, such as SAP, BW, EDI, or other ERP Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand customer expectations and internal policies.
• Lead in identifying, planning, and implementing end-to-end solutions that improve service and cost.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network for optimal service.
• Drive process and systems improvements impacting order management and inventory management.
• Participate in designing and leading customer-specific supply chain joint business planning.
• Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity and shipping issues.
• Learn and utilize new technology for proactive business planning and analytics.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions using process excellence tools.
