The Customer & Supplier Quality Engineer (CSQE) is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across both customer-facing quality activities and supplier quality management. This role serves as a key interface between customers, suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and operations to prevent defects, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain. The CSQE leads root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), supplier development initiatives, and customer quality issue resolution to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
