About The Position

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as a critical support function within the Customer Success team. You will work closely with Customer Success, Billing and Support Teams as well as customer accounts to ensure clients are receiving maximum value within their subscriptions. This role will focus on post-onboarding, data validation, audits, account maintenance, and internal escalation support.
