Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products, including Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM/Project Management tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and derive insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scheduled dealer meetings to ensure client engagement and action item completion.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and ongoing support to foster loyalty.
  • Analyze dealership performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Support team development and process enhancements through mentorship.
