About The Position
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is central to delivering a best-in-class customer experience across both Baden Sports and Axe Bat. You’ll be more than a point of contact, you’ll be a key partner to our customers and internal teams, ensuring orders flow smoothly, questions are resolved quickly, and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. - Passion for sports and/or experience in the sporting goods industry
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Accurately enter and manage orders within our ERP system
- Track and communicate order status, timelines, and inventory availability
- Partner with sales and product teams to support custom orders and layouts
- Process returns, claims, and warranty requests with a solution-focused mindset
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
