About The Position

As a Customer Success Representative (CSR) at Remodel Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, proactive, and value-rich experience for our clients. You will be the go-to support for organizations and their employees, helping them navigate our healthcare platform, manage renewals, and get the most from their health benefits. This role combines relationship management, customer support, and solution-focused problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, Account Management, or Customer Service roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and communication tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a heart for service and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Health & Life License (or willingness to obtain).
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or SaaS industries.
  • Understanding of employer-sponsored health benefits or individual coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated support contact for clients and their employees, ensuring prompt resolution of questions and issues.
  • Guide organizations through open enrollment and renewal processes, assisting with applications and system navigation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and continued engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and communications to reinforce value and drive adoption of platform features.
  • Monitor client health and flag risk indicators to management with recommended next steps.
  • Accurately document interactions and updates in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero).
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the Customer Success team.
  • Support achievement of departmental renewal goals through customer engagement and retention efforts.
  • Participate in special projects or cross-functional tasks as assigned.
