About The Position
Nelson Miller Group is a leading provider of custom engineered graphic overlays and membrane switches, name plates, and plastics for various applications. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and are seeking a Customer Success Representative that delivers exceptional quality service, builds lasting relationships with our valued customers, and is detail oriented. This is an entry level position with opportunity for future endless growth. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first line point of contact for our customers, providing professional and proactive support throughout the entire customer journey. You will leverage your strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage orders, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of our products and services. This role requires a blend of customer service excellence, sales acumen, and technical understanding.
