As an Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for guiding new customers on implementing their first use case in Sigma, and getting them trained along the way. You will drive new customer onboarding with a core focus on customer adoption and self-sufficiency, guiding experienced BI developers who are new to Sigma on Sigma-specific methodologies. Your role will involve tailoring the implementation design to the skill-set of the customer and teaching best practices relevant to their use case. You will define a path to successful onboarding based on a proactive understanding of the customer's business needs and purchase drivers for Sigma. Additionally, you will manage key customer milestones, create effective feedback loops to optimize onboarding, and provide BI implementation expertise in various areas.
