About The Position

Zocdoc is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of healthcare providers on the Zocdoc platform. The mission of Zocdoc is to empower patients by simplifying the healthcare journey, and the Customer Success Manager will be instrumental in achieving this goal. This position requires a deep understanding of the Zocdoc product and the ability to navigate complex practice operations to optimize provider success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring provider satisfaction, conducting client meetings to understand practice goals, and driving feature adoption and utilization. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, instilling trust, and achieving strong results. You will need to balance sales conversations with project management, working closely with internal teams to drive practice performance. Your day-to-day activities will include leading meetings with providers, communicating feature value, and making tailored recommendations to improve practice setup. You will also be expected to manage your time effectively and prioritize accounts for consistent client outreach. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential. You should thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment and be motivated by learning and adapting to new ideas and solutions.
