About The Position

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Energy Exemplar is responsible for engaging, retaining, enabling, and growing the company's top-tier customers. This role acts as the primary advocate for customers, guiding them through their simulation software journey and collaborating with various resources within the company to enhance customer adoption and expansion. The CSM oversees the complete post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investments in Energy Exemplar technologies, which leads to project success, retention, and growth.
