About The Position

Salesforce Inc. seeks Customer Success Manager in Dallas, TX. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key customer business and IT partners to understand their top business goals and priorities. The Customer Success Manager will act as an internal authority on the customer's key value drivers and needs, and serve as a point of contact for internal partners. Responsibilities include coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services, providing timely Salesforce feature guidance, advising customers on the adoption of new features, and communicating the value of Signature Success. The role also includes providing regular updates during service disruptions, advocating for customers during high severity cases, and tracking internal root cause analysis efforts.
