About The Position
As a Customer Success Manager at Vibe, you will be instrumental in fostering a customer-centric culture and enhancing operational efficiency. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with customers, ensuring they maximize the value of the self-serve Streaming TV ad platform. You will work closely with the Team Lead and COO to optimize customer interactions and support their journey throughout the campaign lifecycle.
