About The Position

In this role, you will lead the onboarding processes for new healthcare clients in the U.S. market. You will provide product training and ensure a smooth implementation of our AI-powered platform. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers is key, as you will act as their trusted advisor. You will monitor product adoption and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Collaboration with Product, Sales, and R&D teams will be essential to share customer feedback and drive product improvements. Additionally, you will support customers with troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles — preferably in SaaS or Digital Health.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (native or near-native level).
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and explain complex products.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers — a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI or NLP-based products — a plus.
