About The Position

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flexential is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of colocation, cloud, and managed service customers. The primary goal is to ensure customers derive maximum value from the products and services, leading to renewals, expansions, and advocacy in the marketplace. CSMs work closely with sales and support teams to provide a proactive and long-term vision of the customer's journey, focusing on consumption, value, and retention.
