Responsibilities

  • Own the complete onboarding journey for a portfolio of customers, fostering early relationships and driving product adoption.
  • Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and product to drive upsell conversations.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customer needs, gathering feedback and influencing product development priorities.
