About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of company solutions. The Customer Success Manager will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure that services and products are delivered effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and client management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with government or enterprise clients.
  • Background supporting technology or engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and commercial clients.
  • Address client questions, issues, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist clients with product implementation and service onboarding.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met and aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Support contract renewals and client retention initiatives.
