Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer success, account management or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a passion for helping clients achieve success.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s) and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers on various levels.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implement a standardized onboarding process for new customers that optimizes time-to-value.
  • Monitor and track customer health through data analytics and regular check-in calls.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
