We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely. This role will be responsible for building relationships and proactively managing all aspects of assigned mid-market level accounts. This individual will resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner. They will appropriately escalate issues to areas of the business and management as needed. Proactively identify account risks and drive churn reduction. Fully REMOTE role. Can be located anywhere within the US, but Pacific or Mountain Time Zone Preferred
