This is a foundational hire. You will build Deltia's Customer Success function from the ground up, inheriting a portfolio of ~15-20 enterprise manufacturing accounts and owning the full customer lifecycle from day one. You will operate as a player/manager: carrying your own book while laying the infrastructure for the team you will grow under you, with a first hire expected next quarter subject to targets. The right person is commercially sharp, operationally organized, and credible enough to bring the customer voice meaningfully into product and strategy conversations.
