As one of the first hires on the Customer Success team, you'll work directly with our customers across the US and APAC. You'll guide them from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they integrate our platform smoothly, and more importantly, protect their users. This role is part solution architect, part trusted advisor, and part strategist. You’ll need to be technically confident, naturally curious, and capable of building strong relationships with both technical stakeholders and product-minded users. We’re looking for a builder. Someone with an owner's mentality who’s eager to shape what customer success looks like at Blockaid. Someone who understands that start-ups grow fast, and wants to grow with us.
